OUR JOURNEY
Since 2020, Terroir & Wild Ecotours has been curating unforgettable journeys through the wild heart of Nova Scotia, inviting you to reconnect with nature on a profound level. We specialize in eco-conscious experiences that immerse you in the diverse landscapes, rich biodiversity, and sustainable food practices of this stunning region.
Our tours take you deep into Nova Scotia’s forests and coastal terrains, offering unique itineraries designed to inspire mindful foraging, forest bathing, and grounding techniques. You’ll walk among towering trees, explore the secret world of mushrooms, medicinal plants, discover the ocean’s bounty of seaweed and sea vegetables.
Along the way, we’ll teach you about the intricate ecosystems that thrive in the forests and along the shores—how they interact, sustain life, and offer us valuable natural resources.
You will end the tour with a signature six- course seasonal feast prepared outdoors by local chefs. Menus are inspired by the day's wild finds.
Each tour is one-of-a-kind, inviting you to explore, learn, and reconnect with the natural world in ways that are as nourishing for the soul as they are for the body.
Come dive into the beauty and serenity of nature with us.
