JOLANTA GROSSMAN

Jolanta Grossman is the founder of Terroir & Wild Ecotours, where she blends her love for nature with expertise in herbs, mushrooms, and seaweeds. A passionate advocate for mindful foraging, she teaches others how to connect with the land and preserve its biodiversity. Her ecotours culminate in unforgettable gourmet experiences, featuring expertly curated wine pairings that celebrate local flavors and sustainable practices.

Born in Poland, Jolanta’s connection to nature began in childhood when she foraged with her family. She later moved to London, where she worked in fashion and investment banking, but always felt drawn back to nature. Over the years, she deepened her studies in Yoga, Yoga Therapy, and Ayurveda, teaching yoga for over 28 years and hosting workshops globally.

In 2016, Jolanta relocated to Nova Scotia, starting a new chapter in both her personal and professional life. Her passion for natural health grew in 2019 when she began studying herbalism and is now pursuing certification as a Clinical Herbalist through Wild Rose Herbal College. Jolanta also owns Golden Path Yoga & Holistic Therapies, LilaRosa, and Rosa Valley cosmetics, where she promotes organic living.

In addition to her work in wellness and culinary fields, Jolanta serves as president of La Chaine des Rottiseurs for Nova Scotia, an esteemed international gastronomic organization. Through her diverse passions, Jolanta inspires others to live connected, mindful, and nourishing lives.
