TERROIR & WILD ECOTOURS TERMS & CONDITIONS
There is inherent and unavoidable risk in outdoor foraging activities and relating to consuming wild foods and mushrooms. Many mushrooms are poisonous some are deadly poisonous, and the responsibility for eating any mushroom or fungus must rest with the individual. Some people may be allergic to all species of mushrooms.
Any person taking a part in our Ecotours hereby agrees to the following:

You assume all risks associated with foraging and eating wild mushrooms and wild foods. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether a wild mushroom or wild food may be consumed. Jolanta Grossman and Terroir & Wild Ecotours are not responsible for poisoning, illness and death incurred as a result of harvesting and consuming wild mushrooms and wild foods.

The Participants are responsible for their own safety. Jolanta Grossman and Terroir & Wild Ecotours cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, accident during the tour, damage and death. Participants accept that the terrain and activities of foraging carry risks and accept these risks.

All Participants must wear comfortable shoes suitable for hiking, all weather conditions and comfortable clothing.

Participants accept that food and beverages they consume during and after Ecotour is entirely at their own risk and understand that allergic reaction may occur. Our food is always cooked from fresh ingredients by our chiefs. Jolanta Grossman and Terroir & Wild Ecotours do not take responsibility for any food poisoning caused during lunch, breakfast, dinner or food tasting.

Place on our Ecotour is secured upon the full payment.

No refund shall be given for cancellations made within 5 days of the Tour Date.

In the event of inclement weather, Terroir & Wild Ecotours will postpone the tour to another day or issue refunds. We are not responsible for any associated cost the customers may have incurred in order to attend the Tour.
