What is Forest Bathing and Grounding? What are its benefits, and does every tour include it?
Forest Bathing, also known as Shinrin: Yoku, is a Japanese practice that involves immersing oneself in nature to improve physical and mental health. It is a Mindfulness practice of slowing down and connecting with nature around you.
Every tour package offers Forest Bathing during forest exploration. During this time, you will be encouraged to take off your shoes, ground, and earth and connect with Mother Earth through direct skin contact.
This practice offers various health benefits, including reduced inflammation, stress, and sleep. Walking barefoot allows the body to absorb electrons from the earth.
