As 2026 unfolds, winter has properly arrived with a gentle invitation to slow my pace and narrow my focus. While the season can feel long and heavy for some, for me it passes in a heartbeat. I find myself happily lost in the quiet magic of herbal projects and the steady rhythm of my herbal studies.

As I write, another winter storm is unfolding outside, wrapping the world in a quiet magic. The air feels incredibly crisp, and every branch is draped in a soft, white mantle.

A profound silence has settled over the earth, turning the landscape into a a sanctuary of stillness.

In this season, nature's energy naturally turns inward, inviting us to do the same.

When the weight of the cold feels heavy, try leaning into the profound silence that only winter can provide. This stillness isn't empty; it is a rare space where the constant 'noise' of the world drops away, allowing your own inner voice to be finally heard. By embracing this, you may find that winter is actually the most healing season of all- a time for the soul to reset and the spirit to find it's way back home.

With the arrival of Imbolc, there is a quiet, steady sense of hope again. As the days stretch longer, we will once again feel the earth beginning to stir from the winter slumber.

Though the snow and frost remains, spring is just around the corner, whispering its promise through the first snowdrops and the returning light.

One of my most cherished winter rituals is the slow magic of an herbal hot bath.

I love blending my own salts with dried botanicals, tailoring each bath to how I feel.

Chamomile for peace, Sweet Fern for relieving physical tension, and Rose for a gentle heart.

It is here, in the steam and stillness, that the body and spirit truly begin to realign, nourishing act of presence in a world that is currently at rest.

February is famously named "Month Love" and while it symbolizes the external validations and grand gestures, focusing on self love will carry you through the entire year.

Ultimately, every month should be a "love month." When you prioritize self-love, you transform Valentine's Day from a high-pressure deadline into just another day to celebrate the beautiful, nourishing life you've already built for yourself.

How can we speak of love without mentioning the Rose? Across every culture, she stands as the ultimate symbol of romance and devotion. Roses are more that that, they are a medicine for the spirit- reminding us that love, like the flower is both delicate and resilient.

Rose teaches us that self love is the most beautiful bloom of all.

She offers many ways to heal, from Rose Tea, to Tinctures, even Soaps & Creams.

My cherished winter ritual is this deeply nourishing elixir crafted from Cocoa, Cacao, and Matcha, enriched with the earthy magic of Reishi Mushroom. I infuse it with Wild Rose Petals- hand gathered by the ocean during the golden days of summer- and the vibrant hues of Butterfly Pea Flower. Whisked with hot water, creamy milk and a fragrant blend of Cinnamon, Cardamom and Nutmeg and a touch of honey.

It is a smooth, soul warming treat, that brings pure happiness to my entire being.

My Rose Elixir is my constant companion. Its creation is a slow, sacred process: first, I gather fragrant Petals to steep in Brandy, and later, when the Rosehips ripen, I marry them with Brandy and Honey. Blending two liquids after, creates a potion that feels like celestial heaven nourishing soul deep within.

This elixir, calms the spirit and is a powerhouse of of Vitamin C and antioxidants.

You can also elevate your sense of Love and Joy with every sip of 'You & Me Love Tea', a caffeine-free herbal infusion designed for heart-opening moments of connection and self-care.

During the winter months, let's not forget about the most important of all systems- the Digestive System.

In both Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Ayurveda, digestion is far more than a physical process; it is the spiritual and biological "inner fire" (Agni in Ayurveda) through which we process life itself. Every experience- from the food we eat to the emotions and conversations we encounter- moves through the same transformative fire.

Taking bitter herbs is beneficial because they act as a biological "reset button" for your digestive system, especially after period of heaviness overindulgence of Christmas season.

Bitters stimulate the liver to produce bile and the gallbladder to release it, which aids in natural detoxification.

We have powerful remedies to help you on that journey.

Our Digestive Bitter Tonic, taken 15 minutes before the meal will prepare your system for the food to follow.

This potent tincture is crafted from nature's powerful and most effective cleansing herbs.

We have combined potent ingredients such as Wormwood, Black Walnut, Pau D'Arco, Birch Polypore and Pomegranate to actively target and eliminate unwanted internal guests. This formula is designed with the specific goal of helping the body shed parasitic burdens and restore vitality within.

We all have parasites and so much research points out that actually most diseases could be caused by parasitic infections.

The Witch in the Ditch Workshops are back and this month, we are diving into what I feel is our most vital session yet.

We are exploring the essential path of detoxing from candida overgrowth, parasites, molds and heavy metals.
